“TIE“, parla di uno degli stati d’animo alla Salentina “ TIE SI MEJIU DE MIE, IEU SU MEIJU DE TIE” brano che sintetizza l’arroganza alla Salentina finendo con il verseggiativo “La bona sorte finu alla morte” giusto per ricordate la saggezza popolare dei proverbi e dicerie popolari usati nel testo.
The lyric of “TIE” is inspired by the sayings and proverbs of the land of Salento, through which it summarizes the characteristics of its inhabitants.
The song revolves around the arrogant state of mind of the Salento of “addiction”:
“TIE SI MEJIU DE MIE, IEU SU MEIJU DE TIE”
(“you are better than me, I am better than you”),
concluding however with the wish
“La bona sorte finu alla morte”
(“good luck until death”)
honoring wisdom of the proverbs and rumors used in the text.
